1.Electric pull digital display instrument is designed with 16-bit single-chip microcomputer. There are two input signals. One analog quantity comes from S-type tension sensor, which is input after 12-bit high-speed A/D conversion. The other is limit protection socket. The output signal has one way, that is, the drive motor signal interface. The overall design of the system is exquisite, responsive, stable and reliable, and is the best control instrument for various analog physical quantity measuring instruments.
2.System connection and power-on
The main unit and the digital display each have a socket, and the main unit is a 380V four-core motor power socket. The display is 220V, and the three-core power supply is connected to the socket. After the power is connected to the socket, the system can be powered on.
3.Keyboard and display
The display window has 12 rows of display in the upper and lower rows. The upper six digits are the force value display, the lower six digits are the speed display, and the leftmost one of the upper row is the auxiliary display (for example, the system prompt P). The force value is displayed as Newton. The force value is displayed from 00000 to 99999. The next four digits are displayed in speed. The expression range is from 0000 to 9999, and the unit of measurement is mm/min.
